Room Reservation

In order to reserve a date this form should be filled out as soon as a date is chosen. Please
provide as much relevant information as possible at that time. The form must be re-submitted with all the
information at least 2 months prior to the date.

A 50% deposit is required to hold dates. You will receive a full refund if cancelled 90 days before the event.
Half refund if cancelled 30 days prior to the event. There is no refund within 30 days of the event.

**For events that span multiple days or times (like a Bar Mitzvah with Friday night & Shabbat day events or an event with a Shabbat day and Saturday Night event, etc) please fill out a separate form for each day of the event as there is different information needed for each day.

Please note: Bar & Bat Mitzvah youth must meet with Rabbi Muskat 2 months prior to their event date

Before securing a caterer, please consult with the Rabbi about the kashrut of the caterer
 
Please provide the caterer's name, the person to contact and the phone number for that person
All Bar Mitzvah/Aufruf candy bags must be ordered through Lauren Nudelman (LaurenNudelman@gmail.com) at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
No outside candy bags are allowed.


Ballroom tables available:  

  • 3 - 8 ft x 30” wide (seats 12 but usually used for food station)
  •  3 - 8 ft x 36” wide (seats 12 but usually used for food station)
  • 6 - 6 ft x 30” wide (seats 10 but usually used for food station)
  •  11 - 60” circular (seats 10)
  •  10 -72” circular (seats 12)
This equipment is available for shul events only and not for private events

 
  • We will respond with the price of the event and the amount of deposit required

  • We will provide the set-up requested and the clean-up

  • Please remember to include a tip for the caretaker

  • Please note:  We do not allow anything to be affixed to the walls
